Magnetic Me by Magnificent Baby: New Name, Same Great Clothing
Our magnetic baby clothing was born to be the easiest way to dress a baby. Frustrated with the zippers, snaps, Velcro, and other non-friendly baby clothing fasteners, we realized there must be a better way!
That’s when we came up with magnetic fasteners as a safe, gentle way to secure baby clothing. After a lot of research, planning, and development, we launched our line of magnetic baby clothing.
Today, we’re known as Magnetic Me by Magnificent Baby. Here’s what’s changed – and what will always stay the same!
Our New Name
When we originally launched our magnetic babywear, we were known as Magnificent Baby. We wanted to capture the joy and wonder that babies bring into our lives, and the magnificent idea of using a stress-free fastener to make changing time easier. But experience has told us that it wasn’t always obvious who we were, what we stood for, and how to use our great products.
To make it more obvious, we re-introduced the brand as Magnetic Me. Our new name really points toward what makes us stand out from other lines of baby clothes: our magnetic fasteners.
Many of our glowing reviews and raving customers love the fact that our magnets make it so easy to get baby dressed for the day, or change a diaper at 3 a.m. Now, our claim to fame is easily identified in our new name!

In the beginning, we fielded a lot of questions about when and where to use each item. For instance, “What is a burrito bodysuit?” Or, “When will I need a SmartSack?” The questions also sometimes revolved around the need to find an outfit for a specific occasion, such as: “We are going to a family reunion in the park and need an outfit that is easy and comfortable!”
We love hearing from parents and are always happy to answer questions about our magnetic baby clothes. But we wanted to make it easier for you to find what you need when it comes to magnetic baby clothing. After all, we know that parents are busy!
So we’ve relaunched our site with a new online store featuring Shop by Use and Shop by Body Style categories, among others. With this new format, it’s easy to find the wardrobe basics and perfect outfits that you need to dress your baby for any occasion.
